The ETCO is led by the Board of Directors, who provide both strategic and operational oversight, supported by voluntary committees and the ETCO office who provide day to day management of the organisation.

Our Board is comprised of four representatives from our founding societies and four elected representatives from the ETCO General Assembly. All Directors have an interest in trauma education and the majority are experienced Course Directors and Course Organisers.
Committees
Run by volunteers the ETCO committees are essential to keeping our courses up to date and making sure we provide the best quality education.
